Our mission is to help you move and feel better so that you are confident, healthy and ready to take on the world! 

To get started, book an Intro Session to receive an introduction to the Pilates method, become comfortable with the Pilates equipment and discover how sessions at Tracy Van Swol Pilates will help you reach your health and fitness goals. During your introductory session you will get familiar with all pieces of Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Pedi Pole, Ladder Barrel) and will discover a new way of conditioning and strengthening your body.
